  8. It's funny that I live about 40 minutes away from both his former home, and his current home... Chris Watts is also locked up at the Waupun prison. Well, one of the Waupun prisons. There's 2 maximum security prisons in Waupun, WI. One of them is right in the middle of the downtown area on main street. The front of it looks like a castle.
