  3. @Stanley G Shouldnt have had a gun. Law allows the use of deadly force when the suspect has a gun. I wouldnt take the chance of trying to wrestle a gun away from someone. If you happened not to get the gun and the suspect did, you're dead. Any sane person wouldnt take that risk. This country has become morally bankrupt when they take the side of a criminal and make up excuses for him. Thats very sad. The decisions he made that day led to his death.
