  1. Fog started coming in around 11:50pm and visibility was bad. I was driving back home around 3:40am and it was worse, but if someone had their hazards or lights on you can still somewhat see that theirs something there.

  2. I don't know about this area but fog rolled in around 11:50pm and the visibility was horrible. If the pick up driver was partially in the lane and had his lights and hazards off he's also at fault, but if the others guy was on his phone then yes he absolutely should go to jail just like every other dipshit that causes accidents because of their stupid phone
