  2.  @nellyismotivated7839  In the state of Wisconsin it's legal to carry a rifle at 17 and protecting property isn't against the law, but the vandalism those idiotic rioters did is. He didn't shoot at any "innocent" civilians he shot only those that attacked him and nice job contradicting your statement about race.
