  2. There is no way that any country would voluntarily join ruzzia. It's a poor country lead by brutal dictatorship where people don't have freedom to live their life in manner they want. Also Okraine has to push to Ruzzian lands if they ever wish to see ruzzia pay for their warcrimes and damage they have done. New territory would be used as bargaining tool for it.
