Pretty low IQ to have defense ties with Ruzzia. Why? Obviously because Ruzzia is friend of Chima. This means that if Ruzzia has to choose between which of these countries it will side with in future india vs chima conflict... Ruzzia will always choose chima. Not just that but Ruzzia's army is incapable to help anyone since it's lead by weak men and incompetent leaders.
