  4.  @andrewb2494  It isn't, the industry and markets are heavily regulated in Russia. Out of 177 countries ranked according to economic freedom, the Russia is placed to 113. Let's put some nordic countries as comparison: Finland rank 9, also known as one of the least corrupted countries on the planet. Denmark rank 10. Sweden rank 11. Norway rank 14. Top three would be Singapore, Switzerland and Ireland. In case you haven't noticed the pattern yet. All countries known from having low corruption.
