  5.  @adrienadrien5940  USA literally produces most medicine and research regarding to health. Rest of the world is just relying on USA producing those. Not to mention the fact that best doctors live there as well. The issues you talk about regarding to life expectancy aren't relevant to actual healthcare quality or even access to it. They are life decisions. "and if poor people have limited access to medicine that's what happen." They literally had less access before than now. Eating too much and taking opiods are personal choices, not lack of "medicine". Too easy
