Not really, Putin shows clear signs of roid usages. Anyone who actually does body building and follows it knows it. Guy at his age shouldn't be in that sort of shape and constant roid usage will widen the face as well. If you actually look at his recent press coverage you can see it pretty clearly that his face has changed.
