  2. Are you an idiot? Growing human needs meat in order to become healthy adult. Eating vegetables only can be done as adult without problem, but growing person needs animal fat for his brain.

  3. I don't know about small amounts. Wasn't brain the organ which needs most energy and nutrion in whole body? However I don't personally know how much we need it, I just know that we need animal fat.

  4. I have known tons of fat people who eat only vegetables. It's not about what you eat, it's about will you spend the energy what you will get from your food. Also genes play part in how fast you will burn fat.
