well I'm not expert on that stuff, but I believe that anyone who has money they can get or make those kind of equipments if they actually bother to study the subject from the start.

There is no way that laws could prevent this. Criminals are called as criminals for purpose. For ´retards: They are called criminals because they don't care about law and will break it if they really want something. How in hell law is going to prevent them printing/building a gun. Taking out of guns is same as praying cancer to go away instead of going to doctor and actually get cured from it. Gun laws only treats the symptoms of an illness instead of curing it.

If there was no laws they can do whatever they feel like. They are already doing that, difference is that we catch those who does that since we have made law which tells punishment/treatment for that kind of behavior. However why create law against buying guns when they are already going to break law by killing someone? It's pointless law. Not to mention that no one can ever do whatever they feel like. Since there are always consequences for actions. Even in lawless world bad guys think twice.

Why would you make law to prevent people who break laws to kill other people? How fucking stupid are you? Murder is already against the law, and if someone is going to kill someone he doesn't care are guns restricted by the law or not. In another words you would be creating laws for people who are already going to break them. Pointless law isn't law at all.
