Second, it's debatable whatever they did actually improve germany. Because they were mostly focusing on building military which creates artificial economic increase .Just like when USA goes war and mysteriously stock of weapon companies will increase. They simply invested their wealth on creating weapons. Not to mention that they stole lot of wealth from jews and other places. Now how you should actually view what happened to germany after the war and when they elected actual capitalist in charge. Germany rose up from the ruins and became major economical power in europe.
