  2.  @DeoMachina  It's called as delegation. It happens even in millitary structure. Different levels of decision making, since it's near impossible for one person to manage large company with thousands of workers. This doesn't mean that the ones in top doesn't do anything. They make the real choices. They are the ones who actually hold responsibility of company collapses due poor success. Not the burger flipper. Who needs to be there every single day working on skyscraper? This is huge flaw of left wing thinking. You think that products that you consume come out of thin air. If no one builds a house, then there won't be a house. If house is build slowly, then there are still less houses avaible. Your boss isn't keeping you at work just to bully you. He is keeping you to satisfy the demand of the customers. Because there are lot of people who want to or need to have said product. The system you advocate would automatically lead to shortages. Plus some products get's old and spoiled if they wait too long to be done. Let's be honest, people with more intelligence usually go for jobs where manual labor isn't a thing. To jobs where inteliigence is valued. Carrying bricks or flipping burgers aren't one of those. You are now trying to have a cheap gotcha moment. Intelligence is rare trait. Engineering is one of those fields where person actually has to have higher IQ than average. Not only that but years of studying and being good with mathematics. You can't teach low IQ to become good engineer. you can give him diploma to hand but he will make every building collapse. Engineering is no where comparable to carrying heavy objects for living. "Cry about it" Doesn't change the fact that you are actually breaking contract you signed voluntarily and then use your positition to threaten. You sir have no morals. "You're right, it has actually worked well in worker co-ops." Actually didn't. Usually co-ops are something like farming or art style of places. Doesn't apply to majority of places. And they are generally independent people just doing their own shit. This doesn't work out that well in construction yard for example. "Wins? Wins what? Wait, do you think I'm talking about a presidential election or something? You don't actually know what democracy means?" If you talk about direct democracy then it's even worse. Bunch of people who have no education or cranial capacity to understand something. Spending days and months of voting new company policies. What could ever go wrong.. "Sorry but I'll take the dictionary over your whiny ass, kid" Marx was using it in context of violent revolution. "You can't handle it, you can't even acknowledge the possibility that I'm just some guy with just some job" Because I know that cowards like you would be killed in the hoods,

  4.  @DeoMachina  - Communists are usually vastly overestimating role of generic worker and greatly understimating value of managers, CEO and founders. It's easy to replace burger flipper, but much harder to replace the one who succesfully got the idea and implemented the great burger franchise. Thus any strike you make, just means that you will be replaced by someone else who is not a communist and actually has realistic vision over how the world is. "We do not, in fact, need the ruling class for very much at all." Many years of group projects and watching people interact.. You really need someone to tell you what to do. Do you even clean your own room? - This is very vague statement of yours. More power? Power from what and where? Like nothing concrete in here. Also not similar to aristocracy. You're parroting marx while he was stupid enough to only talk about french revolution. Truth is in most countries there never was any capitalist revolution. Situation just changed over time without any show of power or threat of force. "There would have to be as many unemployed people as there are currently employed people to replace us all." Here is several problems... FIrst of all you make grave mistake in thinking that lower working class of unskilled workers are on your side. In fact you most likely insult these people as facists and look down on them. Truth is... most communist are some brainwashed college kids who suffer from guilty consequence of being born into upper-middle class or rich family. You are small minority and you have never done a single day of honest work. Second mistake comes from that whole marxist literature is propaganda. You need to read multiple books of most boring work from an agitator who never did any good to any loved one in his life. Most people aren't into reading books in the first place. Thus only small group of cultists like yourself will delve into it. Simply put... The target audiance is suppose to be unskilled workers with no academic interest... But only university students with academic interests are supporting it. Plus you ignore drones and robotics overall. "Oh, and we have about a century of states using extreme force against strikes and trade unions to look back on. Yes, they absolutely will be using violence against us." Technically it's justified. Since you broke the contract that you signed up with them in the first place. Especially since you are using threat and coercion as method to steal what is someone's else. But as you see we came into most obvious problem in here. YOU're talking about stealing what already exists, instead of actually creating your own. Thus you proved my point .You guys are just psychopaths who lack creativity and balls to do anything on your own.

  5.  @DeoMachina  "You're crediting the boss with implementing the "great burger franchise" when they absolutely did not do it. Hundreds, sometimes thousands of people have to work together to make a company successful on that scale. The boss could never have done it alone." They absolutely do. They are the ones who come up with the idea and organize the chaos of thousands of workers possibly doing random stuff without any head or idea. Okay let's put it this way so that your simple brain might understand. Which one has biggest and most important role in building a scyscraper. Engineer or a low skill worker? Spoilers... It's the engineer. He does all the planning, math and has the intelligence that basic builder does not have. Thus he can design a building that actually doesn't collapse. He can also do the manual labor part of carrying stuff around, but it would take him much longer to do so than to hire couple low IQ people such as yourself to do it for him. So that he can focus on other projects. Not even millions of those manual labor people could ever replace that engineer. But that engineer could easily replace any of those workers. CEO and managers are basically engineers. Their job is to manage and organize the structure of the company/factory to something actually functional. CEO is more in a role of a captain of a ship. "I have already addressed this. There are not enough people to replace everybody with in the event of a general strike." You're more likely to die hunger than they are to give their company to you. Also again you would be using threat and breaking the contract. Why not just make your own company? "Even if you were right (you're not) that still doesn't justify a seperate class of people who are unelected and unaccountable. We need leaders? Cool, let's elect leaders. Let's have democracy in the workplace." There are no separate classes. That is pure manufactured lie from marx. Class would be something where you cannot go. Something you're born into. "Cool, let's elect leaders. Let's have democracy in the workplace." Because that worked so well in real life.. It just ends up being popularity contest where biggest and most charismatic moron wins. Plus where do you find to have time for elections for such things? "You realise it literally happened and Marx was referencing actual history right" I know and he was wrong. He was only refering to French revolution and thought it applied everywhere. This wasn't the case. Many countries became capitalists and even democratic without ever having revolution. "That's what revolution means lmao" IT doesn't .Revolution is not same as change. It's violent uprising. "But I never went to college, I work in a factory and I was born into a working class family. Why are you lying?" Keep on lying. "'Books are for cultists' is definitely a new one" Every religion has their set of books. "This is also a lie" Statistic fact. "Yeah um I won't be asking a robot's permission for anything sorry" My point exactly. You will be replaced by robots the moment you strike. "Legally speaking, no it is not." Legally speaking it's. "No, that's literally what capitalism is ahahaha " So trading something out of your free will to get something in return is same as stealing? Are you high?

  6.  @DeoMachina  "You're now telling me what I just got done telling you. I'm...glad you agree?" Nope. You misunderstand. This is why there are managers in the company. It's just not CEO. There is ladder of hierarchy to address this issue. Your chaotic direct democracy wouldn't work in company of thousands of workers. "And yet who actually loses their job if the company makes a loss at the end of the year? Hell, the people at the top of those companies get massive payouts even if they get the boot. Some 'responsibility'." You can get new job in less than week if you're good worker. It's no where in comparable to live in debt hell for decades or rest of your life for failing your business. "You've completely misunderstood the point. I'm telling you that the fact construction workers have to be on site every day proves that they are more important than you think. Engineer isn't on site every day." No it doesn't prove their importance. They are all easily replaceable unlike the engineer. Engineer is the only one with talent and knowledge to make the design and implementation of the building. He can't be replaced. His value to the project is higher, thus more salary. "You're equating ability with oppurtunity. Even Nikola Tesla dug ditches." Anyone can dug ditch, but not everyone can do what Tesla had. Which is my point. You're trying to replace the people who have the most value to the success of the company. You have very limited pool of resources to replace said person. To summarize, person with low natural talent can't ever do what Tesla can, but Tesla can do that person's job as well. "IQ isn't a measure of intelligence, leave the pseudoscience out of this."! Actually it's, and if you dismiss it then you have to dismiss literally everything in social sciences. Since that is the most tested field in it. You don't find low IQ people winning Noble prizes. I think you're confusing knowledge with intelligence. "People are dying as we speak and you're more concerned with what's written down on a sheet of paper. Let's just say your moral judgement means less than nothing to me." System you advocate wouldn't save those people, in fact it would doom more people to die. System I advocate gives incentive to help fellow man by making products and services for them to buy, and for talented people to work hard so society produces more than enough to feed most of it. "Just admit it: You hate the working class." Literally born into it and part of it. "Everybody in the working class lives in dangerous, crime-ridden sections of a city, where they get shot if they talk about communism." Pretty much.

  8.  @DeoMachina  "Doesn't the fact that anti-democratic systems prevent us from holding politicians accountable prove what I am saying? It does." There is no such thing as anti-democratic system. Literally nothing prevents you from voting a different person. And this is classical flaw with you people. You always assume that these "anti-democratic" laws wouldn't be implemented in your system. Which ironically have always been implemented eventually. Soviets are great example of it. "I specifically said that most applications are dismissed before the interview stage. Tests for jobs are not that common. Recommendations are never asked for until a candidate is about to be offered a job. You lied. Own it." Recommendations are not. And how common tests are depends on work place, but so what? That is their flaw if they hire someone incompetent. But this doesn't remove the fact that cost is much higher for actual business owner than to some burger flipper. "Recommendations are never asked for until a candidate is about to be offered a job" Actually they are. I have been doing hiring process before in my life. "Who is the current President of the USA again" What that has to do with CEO's? "You have literally just conceded, that wasn't so hard now was it?" No? What are you talking about? I made point that low skilled workers do not actually add much value to the product. "False, IQ tests cannot measure anything, they are not designed to measure anything, no IQ score is a measurement of anything. You have no idea what you are talking about. " So tests which tests are you smart enough to solve difficult puzzles, doesn't measure are you smart enough to solve them? Interesting... Next thing you are going to say that cooper test doesn't test how far you can run in 12 minutes?
