  1. It's a good way. Between those two I would most likely deal with that one. Since he seems more level headed and less like to be prone to violent rage or unpredictable behavior. Even though he is most likely cold blooded psychopath/sociopath, he still gives the feeling that it's more safe to deal business with him and that you can rely on the results.

  2. In life where you're surrounded by cold blooded psychopath... Good manners ensures long life. Trying to be asshole near people who tick off easily is the fastest way to get yourself killed.
