  3. I don't... USA and Ruzssia are basically federations. See how both of them ended up? Federation is just path way to dictatorship. It's better to have alliances and free trade like we already have. Having small specialized force to provide backups to the eastern front would be nice as well.

It's used to evaluate economic power. And only extremely naive person would dismiss the impact of economic power when it comes to well being of the citizens.

  26. You're not talking about the negative sides of this. Such as EU army would be used against EU memberstates to keep them in line. Or the issue of corruption when it comes to standardized army. Which would also slow down weapon development due to lack of competition. Not to mention the huge tax increase when EU is already in decline regarding to economy.
