Putler even made the claim that "no retreat". Attack to dam would be made purely by ruzzkiez. There is no benefit for Okraine to destroy their own infastructure. As proven Ruzzkiez destroyed local infastructure before leaving. "They evacuated the civilian " Forceful immigration is not evacuation. Ruzzkiez are to be blamed of genocide for this action alone.   11.  @niblet112  your estimated numbers aren't based on reality and USA haven't annexed or even trying to annex any country after ww2. This is not comparable. Especially since most wars have been defensive when someone started the war declaration on USA or in cases where USA is helping one side that already exists. But this is nothing but whataboutism. IF USA didn't exists would you still think that actions of ruzkiez were justfied?

  13.  @petersvancarek  well ruzkiez aren't really known to be great thinkers. Their army also is purely corrupt so they don't have competent leadership. Which is why everything is falling appart. Ruzzi is a land where whole system is based on corruption instead of meritocracy so all people in top position and in media are completely incompetent. Thus they fake and lie numbers to keep their positions and in the end of the day they start to believe their own lies. For example Putler honestly thought that reports about condition of his army were true and he believed his own propaganda. Which ends up being his own downfall.
