No it's argument against free will. Not against dualism. Dualism just happens to be part of that conversation often. He was arguing point that speaker made which is that our brains aren't a complicated program and that consciousness is really an illusion. Speaker made argument that it isn't a program/illusion because he made decision to raise arm. But Karlo here claimed that speaker never made that decision, but that decision was made before speaker was even aware of it.

Not actually strawman. There have been studies where it has been shown that our decisions are made before we are even aware of it. There was about 5 second difference.
