writerconsidered Creativity is different form intelligence as far as I know, and inventions are because of creativity in most cases.

Jordan Kimball Not really, determinism goes against whole notion of free will. The idea of free will did began from religions where it was used to describe difference of living and non-living. For example trees didn't have free will but dogs did. Because they were able to move.

"no even in a deterministic universe we still have free will because we can see consequences. they are very compatible " You have very weird definition of a free will in that case.

Jordan Kimball Go over my head? You are clearly underestimating me. To be frank I wouldn't be surprised if stupid stuff like this actually make you feel confused since you are one of those idiots who believes in free will even though it's physically impossible. Or are you seriously suggesting that you have this magical power to suddenly alter your brain chemistry and activity with something magical element called as soul?

Jordan Kimball Most people used to thought that world is flat? Now tell me is the world flat because of that? I do have studied philosophy and I happen to know logical fallacies when I see one. Most philosophers actually happens to love those. The fact that you think that free will can exists in deterministic universe alone tells that you have weird definition of free will. Which I pointed out before. You still haven't proven how you have this magical ability to go against laws of nature itself. Also I have watched daniel dennett. He is load of crap when it came to this subject, now how about you defend your idea instead of trying to get rid of me by putting burden on me or to other person. So you have already provided two logical fallacies in here. Argument from popularity and argument from authority. You might learn things or two by actually thinking instead of just absorbing information brainlessly.
