Only conflict with little green men from ruzzia who all were tied to ruzzian army. Also even if even half of your claim would be true it still wouldn't justify invasion.

However none of this has anything to do with situation in Okraine. Not just that but you fail to understand why Ruzzia is such failed state and doesn't even have debt. It's because no one can trust that Ruzzia would pay their debt back. Ruzzia's credit score is down in the bottom and has been relying on west doing charity to ruzzia after fall of the soviets.
