Not everyone can get past the entrance exams to the schools that would teach people to work in certain fields. And usually those who can try to get into elite fields that are already overcrowded. Now imagine having Papers good enough to be CEO, Doctor, or Lawyer... Yet there are no jobs available for you. Would you study to become metal worker? Unfortunatly only solution is use of force... Force educate people who are unemployed to the fields where they are needed. Or demolish welfare state, because that is the only reason people are able to be picky with their jobs.

They are too picky with their partner choices and end up being barren by the time they realize that they have been chasing wrong men. In the past this was fixed by parents vetting the future couple to know would it last or not. Simply put... Hedonism mixed up with leftism has caused this issue. This literally is only issue in liberal societies.

while there can be pressure for wages, you need to also take into account how valuable the job actually is. If it doesn't pay itself then it would just collapse the company if wages are increased too much.

Imagine if millenials would've actually listened boomers? We would've had booming economy and no issues with population decline. "Why would we have kids when we have to change jobs to get a proper raise over the inflation rate and cant find a place to live, meaning we might have to move but we cant. " You sounds like someone with I0w lQ. There are plenty of people who don't earn much and have multiple offsprings. Maybe you should fix your budget and stop spending on useless junk that Boomers have told you to stop spending on?

@richie_pp This is easy... Russia has due to constant wars and loses they had because of them. China for one child policy. And japan isn't really "conservative" in that manner.

@richie_pp they actually do care about. Fertility rate isn't about actual fertility of the people. I guess you're just a kid

@richie_pp They do affect. Russia is notoriously known from having serious issues with gender balance. They don't have much male population since they have lost them several times by using extreme tactics in warfare which causes huge loses on their side. Same with one child policy. You shouldn't expect huge increase of population when most females are gone.
