  7.  EvilKaren.  Because ISIS declared war on USA and their bases were in Syria. There were also their allies there fighting against ISIS and they gave military support for them. USA never occupied Syria and never advanced toward capital. They could've easily destroy the country if they wanted. Just like with Iraq.

  9.  @corvus4135  Historic speaks the opposite. Ruzzia was so terrible that it even mass murdered it's own people within 100-year period of time. Only thing worse than nazies is ruzzia.
