Right to fair trial already existed without EU. Right for privacy? HAHAHA Isn't EU commission trying to pass all the time the laws to break privacy laws? Freedom for torture has already been established in all countries in the free world. Freedom from religion also was without EU. Freedom of expression? HAH, you mean expression that you want to see, while calling everything else as hate speech which you don't like. Freedom from slavery? England was first country in the world to abolish slavery. That was far before EU. So for protecting victims of domestic violence. Of course we know that EU doesn't give a shit if the victim is a man. Abusives of state power.. Well let's totally ignore how EU abuses it's state power.

Jesse van Eck They locked his video. Reason why I came here to figure out what is this madness. Guardian paper really is dishonest as fuck. Heck even fox news has more dignity. At least they allow people to criticize them online (they are still bullshit though.)

Yeah I wondered the same thing. EU has literally nothing to do with human rights. They all existed before it. It simply tries to enforce it to countries in EU, it didn't fucking invent them. Most European countries have those laws anyway regardless does EU exists or not.

Gordon Bradley You do realize that you cannot be part of EU without also adopting their views?

DilutedDante I know, I simply pointed out, that EU literally provides nothing that we cannot have without it, and currently EU is orwelian nightmare.
