Thus no tax revenue and no one would be willing to move such locations. Farmlands have been ruined by Russia breaking international laws by placing mines there. Gas resources aren't enough to cover up the loses Russia had in this war. There is literally nothing to gain. Russia's best hope was to win in 3 days, now it's 2 years and it's no longer profitable war for them.

Gunslinger's don't walk like that, he was just office worker in KGB and he doesn't carry a weapon. This whole "gunslinger gait" is just pure propaganda.
