basically his moment of admission. He left out several small admissions without even realizing it. However full on confession is always far better.

@samanthamcbay7859 bunch of excuses for flat out psychopath who probably killed them just for not getting his favor candy.

had he had lawyer he would've gotten away. Luckily he wasn't smart enough to ask one. "Also, lying to a minor by threatening them with a life sentence for lying shouldn't be allowed." He really didn't, he implied it. He said that he is his only chance to have him as a mouth piece if he tells truth now.

While the case is pretty cut and dry and it's good thing they managed to interrogate things out of suspect and get him in jail... There is some problems which makes it pretty obvious that you should always have lawyer with you. For example when police starts to tell lies about statement made by his friends. In this case totally innocent person could also be set off and start to make lies or even admit crime they had never done before in order to save themselves.

@TheSmokingSkull not going to watch this again to look for it.

@ABunny-Rabbit situation is a lot different. In this case it's just spoiled psychopath who wasn't even abused. The fact that you didn't kill your family even when your life was under threat makes good case that the kid in this case was just flat out pscyho. While you would've been perfectly justified to defend yourself in such family.

@jwinnfield9192 and psychopaths can't be created, they are born.

@FanksCast no problem. I remember when I were young I thought that these people could be taught through logic and reason not to do bad things. However the problem is that are extremely impulsive and don't really care for long term consequences. They are basically dictionary definition for "carpe diem". Think them more as a predatory animals that live without pack. Every action they take is based on how they feel right now without long term considerations. This is why they can do something as absurd as kill their entire family simply for parents not letting them to do whatever they want. Even in this case made in the video. The kid basically grew up in spoiled household. Upper middle-class family provided pretty much everything to him. Even one small slight was enough to tick him off to murder entire family. Then these people try to always appeal to more emotional and sympathetic people by trying to conjure sob stories about how they had poor childhood or something similar. Which is just them being manipulative.

@joshuatucker2521 family's wealth in this case isn't relevant at all. HE was just flatout psycho and would've done the same regargless was he in rich or poor family.

@jwinnfield9192 you're wrong and lying. It has been establed well for over couple decades already. Psychopathy is in genes and it can be detected through brain patterns and DNA test. Psychopaths are born, sociopaths are created.
1
@jwinnfield9192 yes you are. Warrior gene is confirmed to be possesed by every psychopath. You're flat out wrong objectively speaking. And I know you refuse to see the light due to your own biases of believing that psychopaths were just born out of "mama and papa being evil." You don't want to ever blame the person itself since it refutes your world view that every one are just perfect angels and can be fixed with psychiatric care.
1
@jwinnfield9192 thanks for realizing that your disney delusions doesn't match to reality. Some people just are evil by their nature and they can't be fixed.
1
@jwinnfield9192 sure I'm not expert but I do listen actual experts. Ever heard of Neuroscientist James Fallon? He literally proved my case to be true. Of course you don't listen experts since you love to live in disney world
1
@jwinnfield9192 I literally cited a renowed neuroscientists in here who had proved my point correct over decade ago. Well known one, you can easily find his speeches on youtube just by writing it in here. So I don't care about your personal anecdotes and lies. They are meaningless when I have actual professional who is in publicity telling that you're wrong.
1
@jwinnfield9192 funny that you actually thought that your response was a good one. When in fact you failed to attack anything of value that i had said previously. Keep on ignoring what actual experts say
1
@jwinnfield9192 Imagine being so ignorant that you think that it's literally impossible for anyone to have genetic trait which makes them unable to feel empathy and other emotions.
1
@jwinnfield9192 you're now doing classical projection. You ignored me citating actual professional on this field and then proceeded to just throw some petty "comebacks" instead of actually refuting the scientific claims and the experts I had provided here. So it seems to me that only narcissist in here is you.
1
@jwinnfield9192 dunno only one being childish is you by ignoring actual experts in the field. Also rest? Does this feel like a work for you? :D
1
@jwinnfield9192 I'm pretty sure that world has more things that make people feel drained than narcissists. Funny though how self-proclaimed professional didn't know this.

@FanksCast Psychopaths are born, sociopaths are created. Big difference.
1
@thatvalensteingirl because of people like you evil still exists
1
@FanksCast No, psychopaths are just physically and genetically incapable to feel empathy and other human emotions. Take them as mentally handicapped people with more devastating results to the society.
1
@SpaciousBrute1 boot? Only one licking boots here is you with your disney fantasies. "oh every villain is just a misunderstood and abused"
1
@FanksCast If they are threat to society which in this case they are. There is no solution, they are genetically hardwires to become criminals of worst kind. "I'm sure plenty have made it to the top without killing" Maybe, but they would still resort to bullying and sabotage of other people's lives. They are destructive people by their nature. Even if one doesn't kill they would still cause harm on others. " And yeah autistic people are incredibly smart, " Not really true, it's not tied to intelligence. I actually know autistic people. It's harmful stereotype. "that's true but they're mentally handicapped as you said through no fault " There is no free will, it doesn't matter is it their "fault or not" they are naturally harmful to other people. Only way to deal with them is either locking them down or death sentence. "we should try and help them right?" Literally nothing you can do to help them beside putting bullet to their heads. Unless you manage to somehow grow empathy part to their brain or with some machine implant make similar effect, they won't change their behavior. They will still do whatever they want regardless of how many people gets hurt in the process.
1
@davidhobby2139 Not really over zealous. Decades of experience easily teaches one to see who are psychos and who are not. Heck even I could read from that kid's behavior that not all is right in his head. The cops did right thing in this. Without their action that little psycho might have had chance to kill even you in future.
1
just a basic psychopath
1
@zeedeva1092 psychopaths are born with inability to feel empathy. They can't be taught to have one, they can only be taught to read other people which they will then take as advantage of.
