  2. You shouldn't be praising this guy too much. He is known to be a scam artist. However what he says here is absolutely true. In fact this applies to all blue states. Allowing riots to destroy property and ruining their value and destroying business nearby makes it extremely risky to invest in blue states. They are making it unprofitable and highly risky to invest in any business within these states. Well beside contractors who are paid to fix broken property.

  3. He is scam artist however what he says here isn't related on him trying to sell something. He is just pointing out that it would be foolish to invest in NY. It's high risk and low profit region.
