I suffered from OCD, clinical depression, Asthma, Stuttering and shyness. What changed? I worked and practiced to overcome stuttering. I used my will power to resist OCD. I found motivation within myself to get over depression. I got over shyness by forcing myself to social events and getting used to socializing with people by trial and error. Now I'm in upper-middle class. Without doubt you most likely are just throwing excuses for your own failures and don't want to admit your flaws. There is literally youtube channel for this. Where they look at people like you and find out that you're just being irresponsible in spending.

Yet the grades are dropping in average even though they are paid more than ever in our history. There were some corruption being found out where IT-department was buying equipment and then selling it for personal gain. Stuff like this is extremely common. Public sector should be abolished, it's simply not cost effective and full of corruption.

  595. true, issue is though that these type of games are very addictive by design. I did try to play some gatcha games on mobile. They kept me entertained like 3 months. I didn't really spend any money in them and noticed the trend. At some point they make huge wall that can't be overcome without spending money or ridiculous amount of time investment.
