@CreepyMacone there was no houses in soviets. Only "rent apartments" which were far worse than current apparments. Plus even in that case you didn't own it. It was owned by the political party and if you disagreed with them about anything, then you would be homeless.

@haunted5311 Again you clearly don't know what pyramid scheme is. However gold is ponzi scheme. You buy gold and then you try your best to find new buyers to increase it's value and sell it when it's value is higher. When in fact rich people don't invest in gold. They can have couple bars as saving for bad day, but investing in stocks is how they stay rich. Most of their wealth is in stocks and that way they don't have much income to pay in taxes.
