  2. Not really... They just haven't made good RTS games. RTS games were originally for casual players. Who played fun custom maps and loved to play campaign. The 1v1 duel me brah wasn't really how mainstream players played.

  3.  @NyalifeGG  command and conquer was mostly played for campaign. Same with civ. Warcraft and starcraft campaign and custom games. Minority were interested in ranked competitive gaming. Starcraft 2 ruined this by making custom games worse.
