  1. it's easy to trace the people who made threat and very unlike those threats were actually for real. Only poor people work as gold miners in real life. You think that some poor chinese can afford flight to USA? Just for revenge? second, this gives message that threats are allowed and acceptable.

  2. There is some issues with this. First of all he is letting the terror win. This means the threats are working and this will encourage them to do more of them in future. Second... Blizzard has access to their real life information. Thus tracing them by cops is easy. Third, the threat is not really serious. They are some poor people who live in some poor country. They can't afford to get a flight ticket to visit you.
