Moderators in general. Only job that moderators would need to do is to just keep illegal stuff away. Let people troll the trolls on their own. No one had need for moderators in old 4 named message board. Trolls usually got owned by smarter people pretty fast. Meanwhile in steam/reddit, moderators IQ is usually so low that they can't see difference between troll, counter troll or victim. Forums which aren't moderated or are moderated actually well usually flourish. While letting genetic leftists to moderate them, things are quick to fall apart.

@shmeebs387 of course he haven't matured. He uses drugs. It's well proven that stuff like that keeps people's brain development stuck in teenage setup. I have never met mature drug user no matter of their age.

thing is... you didn't need moderators in there. The reason is that intelligent people could easily destroy trolls emotionally if they were given free hands. Meanwhile in reddit and steam moderators like to protect trolls by banning both users (they only touch trolls in one month and only if there was actual flamewar).

@Elrog3 this is a fallacy. You're trying to equalize that all drugs are the same. Even using Weed has been demostrated to prevent brain from maturing if used before age 25.

@zym6687 I got banned on steam after I noticed one user being part of p-file group. Reported user and the group. Both still exists on the steam. Which means steam is supporting p-filia.

Becoming religious is probably just tied on people wanting to have more close community and stable minded people, instead of being fully hedonists and going to hardcore parties. When people get older that sort of stuff starts to look cringe and boring. Heck... Last time I went to club I just didn't feel it. Especially since most people in clubs look like kids when you have finally hit your 30's.
