Starting to get tired of this old movie cliche of "finding ancient weapon" to defeat the evil. It's basically same as finding map to someone's old Roman's hidden stash of rusty gladius. Aka weapon that is outdated in comparison to modern technology and so old that it most likely doesn't even work anymore. Why not just deliver critical intel to the army or finding indiscriminative evidence against someone etc..? Aka something that is really used as turning points in situations. Why it always has to come down "find this ancient bs" or "doomsday" weapon. There is no need for stakes to be that high.
