@sitcomchristian6886 Where do you pull of this "women are faster"? in running and reflex tests women come no where near of men. What you did is something that skinnier guy could do as well.

or even play fight with boyfriend. My girlfriend goes to gym almost daily and I go rarely. Yet I can easily win her in playful armwrestler when she is allowed to use two hands and entire upper body. Difference in strength between women and men is huge even when men aren't athletes.

@wardaddy822 again not true, it only makes them more nimble and that's not useful when strength difference is massive. It would be no different from child trying to attack an adult.
