Putin had consistently threatened these nations with war if they do not act exactly like ruzzia wants with poorly made deals that only benefit ruzzia. These countries joined NATO so Putin could no longer use millitary threat as way of diplomacy.

  42. Right wing in europe (at least in Finland) has long argued that we can't trust USA's aid and should be more self-reliant. This means industry and armies should be strong in local area. While left wing collectively has been disarming europe and claiming that RuZ is not a threat until current war.
