Infastructure itself is very weak in there. Loads of potholes and even recently build buildings collapse due to poor quality of work. Their laws prevent from east germany from growing. It's no different from all the charity west has put to third world countries. Billions for multiple decades and nothing has changed. You see infrastructure and education actually has very little to do with increasing economy. What you need is healthy business environment so that people can actually use that education and infrastructure they have.

If UA isn't part of nato then Ruz can invade it anytime like it already has several times. The thing is whenever Ruz makes argument about how it fears NATO being near it's borders..
