@benghazi4216 Actually it's worse precisely since it's targeted on water which will then proceed to contaminate the whole ground. Ruzzkiez even proudly admits this. Why am I taking their word? Normal ICBM's are exploded above targets to create larger scale, thus most of the radioctivity goes to the outerspace instead of the ground.
