  4.  @endlessnameless6628  Government employees can not be fired easily because their appointment is secured by law. Is it public sector or private, and in case private it can be argued that they take funds from public therefore have to abide rules of public sector.

  6. In Finland it would be illegal to fire someone for such reason. I recommend contacting lawyer and making case for discrimination.
