@stevemcgowen Didn't Trump complain that other NATO countries aren't contributing enough and that Germany is at mercy of Russia? Don't mix up Trump and Putin as friends. He clearly had demanded changes that Would make Putin very angry.

@moxie591 It was rand paul who voted against joinin NATO. Which is shame since he used to be only sensible politician in USA. He bought into Putin's propaganda and thought that Sweden and Finland would escalate situations in baltics. He failed to understand that it's literally the opposite. Not being part of NATO would just eventually bring war to their doorstep.
