  1.  @tiger751  sociopath. Sociopaths make impulsive aggressive outbursts and think in very short term. Psychopaths are more calculative and don't show extreme impulses, they just lack total empathy. In away you can befriend actual psychopath and do well in life (though he doesn't really value friendship unless there is something to gain from it), but befriending a sociopath is extremely dangerous since they do not consider consequences of their actions. Overall... better to avoid both these types of people. Unless you're trying to climb corporate ladder or become politician, then you're forced to deal with psychopaths...

  3. He is a sociopath, lack of empathy and violent and impulsive behavior are signs of sociopathy. Sociopaths can't think long term and are highly impulsive. While psychopaths are capable for long term thinking and lack such impulses. Both are dangerous in their own rights, but psychopaths only act against you if they have something to gain from it. While sociopaths can trigger from pretty much anything.
