No seriously, all batman does it to beat seriously ill people. also scientifically speaking, not sleeping for days would make batman literally insane and unable to do anything properly. Most likely joker just let him go on purpose like he always does. After all... Joker wants to make batman kill him.

  3. The thing is... Tony is hero who's "superpower" is his brains. Not his suit. Batman is simply rich kid who loves to beat mentally ill poor people as for his hobby. Batman's gear was so expensive that even army wouldn't use it due inefficiency. While Tony was able to create more powerful weapons out of scrap, and army is begging him to sell his tech to them.
