They could've already adopt an orphan. However that child's life will be ruined due to lack of mother's natural milk. Lot of lack of immunity issues. Yes and no. There isn't "bad food" there is just too much food. As someone who goes to gym it's almost necessary to eat food with fast carbs every now and then. Especially when time restricted. However those calories needs to be calculated and balanced with training. Heck this is even more true if you do cardio for several hours. Cycling for several hours without eating food with lots of carbs or sugar is just silly.

Denmark and Finland are like one of the whites countries on the planet. And guess how their rich people dress, look and stuff they buy is? You would have hard time to recognize them from average citizen. They dress in hoodies on some normal shirts. They buy bicycles and drive around with them instead of having some incredibly expensive sport car. People in these countries actually try their hardest not to standout too much.

Well the idea comes mostly that the traits that causcasians show are usually recessive. Show the offspring of biaracial couple ends up usually looking more of the other race than the white. Though some people might look down on recessive genes but that is actually the most "cunning" gene there is. It means that nordic man can make woman of any race pregnant, without her and him being caught on cheating. In past cheating was treated with death penalty, which meant that in village of blue eyed and blond haired people if woman cheated with someone outside of the village it was obvious and both her and baby were executed. Meanwhile same couldn't be done if blond blue eyed man makes woman of another village pregnant. Since the recessive genes only show up generations later when there have been more of them "inflintrating" your society. This is why blue eyes became dominant color in Nordics. All blue eyed people share same ancestry.

I grew up in poor neighborhood and could immediately see someone's future on basis on how they behave as children.
