  1. Culture has little to do with testosterone production. Most likely it's the products they use and life style. Such as being overweight, or doesn't eat enough. While some plastics are known to cause issues with it as well. However it's shocking that 20-year old guys have that low. That would mean that they are having problems with their erections and libido when humans normally should be most active sexually.
