  5. Answer has been provided. They found out from chatgroups that Ruzzian officials have been hiring people from foreign countries to be transfered to Finland. Basically Ruzzia is doing humantrafficking now. You never asked how did over 800 undocumented people pass ruzzian borders during wartimes without any papers and somehow managed to get to Finnish borders during winter without cops ever stopping and asking their papers?
