  1. There are more houses in the country side. You don't want to move to them even though they are extremely cheap. Issue is population growth which increases demand for housing, thus causing increase in prices. Also entire "affordable" is bs, Nordic countries provide everything that families need and people still don't breed. Issue is simple, people are more hedonistic so they want to "explore" their options until it's too late.

  2. This is a bad video. Existence of Nordics proves your entire promise wrong. It's not issue of money. It's issue of hedonistic culture where people "explore" until they get infertile or are too unattractive.
