Never invaded Yugoslavia nor Libya. Making no-fly zone to protect civilian lives is hardly invasion. Iraq? Well that would count as invasion, but unlike Russians, they didn't commit genocide nor did they turn that region into part of USA. All they did was to kill brutal dictator and then rebuilded the infrastructure. Iraq right now is actually doing pretty well.

Ukraine is the one asking for loan, others just provide them what they ask. Being in debt is less bad than having all of your people exterminated to extinction. Especially since you can get out of debt.

@jacksevert3099 Putin himself has said and yeah I know it started 2014 long before Ukraine even considered joining NATO. Nato became relevant after the invasion of Crimea. Before it was just special operations and soldiers pretending to be "rebels". Now it's full blown war when Russia failed to produce real results.

@Peacenutman First of all having debt doesn't mean that you have to do favors or even have influence over country. Just because you own money to someone it doesn't mean that you need to follow their every whim. All you're requires is to pay back the sum that you have loaned. Plus possible intrests that you were aware when deal was made. Also Putin already did commit genocide in Georgia. Russia has long history of mass murdering other people. This is just basic Russian history in eyes of everyone who actually lives next to Russia. Putin literally rewarded the group responsible of that one city that got massacred. All civilians shot while being tied down. Mass graves being dug up as evidence and countless eye witness and reports about it.
