You should also read what happened to zaibatsu. Japan deserves to become hell-hole like Venezuela. Their government has history of persecuting people who fix their economies. Japan is pretty much text book of fascism, and I'm not saying this as left winger but as right winger.

@Byush m It's just normal. Nothing is worse as a crime than being competent man. Police don't care about serial killers, rapists and stalkers. They only care about people who politicians envy.

Let's be honest, we all like japan only because it's history before ww2. Their modern state is just made out of corrupted and dishonorable people.

@mrchocolatebean8878 Nope, what made japanese anime special was the themes of the ancient japan. Such as Samurais and ninjas. There is a reason why most popular anime series carry those themes and strongly. You're not watching Cartoons from Sudan, you're watching cartoons from Japan because of this reason.
36
@PAYDAYHEDGE yep only thing that people cared about was samurais and ninjas

@YaminoSeigi You don't hire someone on basis of loyalty but on basis of their competence to do their task and potential of personal growth.
18
@MrGreen-dp4oz Yakuza is dead. Nothing to do with Yakuza. Just typical politicians and bureaucrats being jealous.
18
@thewhitewolf58 No this is absolutely terrible idea. Being productive burger flipper doesn't make you a competent manager. Being in leader position takes up totally different skills. While you could give opportunity to study needed skills to become competent, you shouldn't let anyone advance on basis of years or productivity.

@kidaria1333 USA is actually better. The fact that you know about the corruption and crime in there means that things aren't so bad yet. Things are bad when you're no longer allowed to criticize government. Also Japan had done far worse war crimes than USA had. Only reason they aren't raping and pillaging is because USA nuked them and after that demanded that Japan is no longer allowed to have it's own army.

@aikslf There is literally documentary that Yakuza can't even operate anymore due to new laws which prevent them from owning property.
8
@trainv7612 First of all the "crime" he had done isn't even worth of interpols time. It makes no sense for interpol go crazy over guy who does something that pretty much every other country does. Interpol is corrupted.
7
@ko-Daegu There is a reason why anime is popular. It's just a cartoon in the end of the day. What made Anime special as a cartoon was the history of japan and how it influences it's artists.

@aikslf Yes, since it's their best intrest and their duty for shareholders to promote competency. There is literally no reason for them to hire anyone on basis of incompetence. What makes you think that one can't be ruthless businessman and competent same time? The reason why they have "connections" is because they are higher ups in the first place. You're having false assumption that they got into those positions due to connections. Judging by your comments you're far leftist who doesn't understand what it takes to lead a company or be a manager because you have never taken any responsibility in your entire life. "You can't become someone like Ghosn who worked his way up to being a CEO of a major car company and earning enough reputation and money to be able to become CEO of multiple major car companies by just being "talented" and working hard." Objectively false. It's pretty much proven that CEO's have more work hours and stress. You don't become globally successful company unless you're actually competent. "And besides, most CEOs and monopoly owners are kinda old." For good reason, it generally takes years of experience and knowledge to build up enough talent to run a company. Warren buffet? You do realize that he started his thing at very young age and basically had no connections and money before it? Far leftists like you are the reason why world is a mess.

@nrmnthompson Unfortunately education doesn't imply quality. Intelligence is the thing which plays big role and education doesn't increase it.
4
@YaminoSeigi Where do you need loyalty in your work? Give concrete reasoning on what loyalty does for business?
3
@linmal2242 That was because they overextended and fought wars on too many fronts. They should've just taken over China and not become dragged into wars of Germany.

@ufsteropolstero6014 Thank you. You do realize that what you said would actually be praise? four year old have incredible cognitive abilities, they just lack knowledge about world around them. Human cognitive abilities actually degenerate over time. Beside the fact how little you know about human biology and development... It's hilarious that within your attempt to insult me you have failed to address anything I had said.

@Saturn369-i1b Burger? Says guy who most likely lives by flipping burgers at McDonalds.

Saves Japanese economy, as thanks get hatred of Japanese politicians. This is typical of politicians, they envy actually competent people. No longer will I look up to Japan. They have history of screwing up their economy and hating the very people who would be capable to improve their bad situation. Japan as whole deserves same fate as Venezuela.

@fulanichild3138 Expect it's as proven millions of time. All societies that have been for free market have all flourished and still do. While the opposite behavior have always ended up in poverty and misery.

Dave , Nothing greedy in wanting to keep what you have earned. Most evil in the world is done by people who are zealots who think that they are so right that they have right to kill and steal from others. That is far left. They believe they have right to dictate for rest of us how to live our lives and that they are entitled to our gains. You guys are the cancer of the planet.

@Saturn369-i1b Pretty ignorant statement.

@Pulapaws huge wall of text of nothing. You're vastly overestimating how complex it's to flip a burger or opening cash register. Perhaps if someone's IQ is less than 90 it might sound complex. All of those jobs you just described are something that simple bot could replace and bots are already replacing people in those fields. "Nintendo didn’t fire all their workers because they was low in profits they know they had good team they brain storm to help bring the company up." Sometimes you gotta fire sometimes you don't. It depends on situation, however burger flipper like yourself isn't qualified to determine when is the time for it and when is not. "My CEO at my job took a pay cut" Rofl... CEO's pay generally isn't that large anyway that it would have any meaningful effect on the company. While usually owners of the companies don't even take salary as CEO because income taxes are much higher than what they would have to pay from stocks. What he did was just manipulating you to think that he cares about you. Truth is that he didn't lose any money. "when in the past it was thousand time better the products we made and everybody including the cook had a livable wage" Lol cooks still have livable wage. Spoiled youngsters just think that wage isn't livable if they can't waste 800 dollars on weekend of drinking and buying new iphone every week.

@ObloccfrOmTheTre4383 You're confusing loyalty to being reliable.
