@kevinmsft You still failed to name 3 countries which had massive campaign to erase their history and culture in short period of time. What you named instead was other countries conquest others, or culture changing over time. Nothing about massive campaign of erasing massive amounts of historic structures and books by the same people who lived in there. Also arabs didn't destroy their own culture, they destroyed other cultures and forced them to adopt Islam as their new culture. This is normal from invasive countries and religions. However communism was totally different. The very same people destroying culture of which their own ancestry was linked. Just to sniffle the truth about the past. Unlike you I actually read books. You probably have only read manifesto and some communist works and that's it. It doesn't make you a learned man, it makes you a sheep buying into propaganda.

@gideonmele1556 exactly and in those cases it's foreign people invading and changing the culture of the region. Not the people within trying to erase history and culture within days. You know what is the funniest thing with communists? They all call other communist states as "not true communism" when defending against atrocities and failures, but are quick to defend and praise those very same states when talking about achievements of communism. For example suddenly when space race is the topic then every communist, socialist and social democrats believes that USSR was true communism.

@sittingduck02 CCP abandoned communism and is now days a socialist market economy. That is not same as evolving communism, it's same as communism dying and being replaced by different system. Not only that but they are drowning in debt and bubble just matter of time until they collapse.
