Giving death threats which is on the tape. Yelling that he should be killed which is also on the tape. Kyle running away and only shooting when they attack him, also on the tape. Them trying to take the gun, also on the tape. Living guy admitting that he was about to kill the kid but was too late.. literally statement he posted. Kyle only shot after gun was pulled, also on the tape and the "victim" admitted it. Second, he didn't provocate. Nor does that justify attempt of murder on him. Also it would still count as self-defense if they try to run away after provocation. Communists like you are the reason why world is so screwed. Carrying gun is not a provocation, it's determent. Getting ride of fire, isn't provocation. It's being kind and helpful. Running away from 3 convicted criminals whom one already had made death thread to you before isn't provocation either. Also by state law if provocation was made it's still self-defense as long as the provocateur tries to get away from the situation. Running away really counts as it. So one of the chasers shooting at you first, then another one who made dead threat tries to attack you. Where one literally hits you with a blunt object... All while he was trying to run away from the situation. Isn't clear and cut self-defense? Blunt objects and unarmed attacks have more deaths contributed to them than guns. It's ridiculous that people try to make argument that unarmed person can't be lethal. One good kick in the head with solid shoe and the guy is dead. Heck even to belly and organs will be crushed. Had those criminals just let Rissenhouse run away then no one would've died.
