  2.  @possiblycurryddork  No it's not. Those countries are just fine. Just because they are poorer than average American it doesn't mean they have a crisis. Also it's i-diotic to think that immigration is solution to that "crisis". It would literally be cheaper just to send food help there than have them in USA.
