Not just that but she was suppose to be on high alert when she is not on her vacation. It's job where you need to be able to deal with emergencies if they happen. Imagine if Russia had attacked during her "party time". She is terrible PM and she is now biggest weakness our country has.

@Enterperse doesn't work that way. She was on duty she wasn't having her time off from work. Had something similar as in 1994 happened, it would've ended up in total disaster while she was partying and snorting stuff.

Because in Finland PM is on duty 24/7 only exception is during vacation which she had cancelled. Simply put... if any disaster might have happened, then it would've carried a huge consequences. Finland is right now in high alert due to Russian aggression and nuclear threats. It's extremely irresponsible for PM to party like that while being on duty. She lacks the common sense to understand the dire situation of the planet. While even during peaceful times things can happen like in 1994 when big ship sank. Had the PM at the time been partying like her, then everyone on that ship would've died.

@bonbontalks In Finland prime minister is on duty 24/7 unless she/he is on vacation, which is period of time they have declared person who does their duty during the time of vacation. She isn't forced to be PM, she is using her title in entitled manner without accepting any responsibilities that comes with it. @fanatla3195 She didn't do her deeds during her vacation. She did it when she was still on duty during highly dangerous and volatile times. "There is always option B when we choose a leader." Not when she is on duty. Option B activates when she goes for vacation. Trying to find replacement on last minute would just cause chaos depending on crisis. Finland already had crises like these before and had previous PM acted like her, then lot of people would've died.

@fanatla3195 Expect it's duty time, just like with some doctors and nurses, drives, cops etc... There is certain time period where they need to be able to accept emergency cases if something happens, thus they are not allowed to party during that time. In Finland PM is on duty 24/7 it's high position of high responsibilty. It's not made for people with mentality of children. If she wants to party all day long then she should quit.

Now it's just unpopular to side with them so they were opportunists with NATO issue. It would've been political suicide not to side with NATO. Almost every politician has gone to Ukraine, that's not a big deal. What we have seen is her being in denial with covid. What we have seen is her husband using her name as way to gain financial advantage. What we have seen is her breaking her own covid rules and partying while being sick of covid. @Enterperse If they could then we wouldn't have any need for prime minister don't you think? They can't take actions on things they don't have power to do so. Prime minister and President both have certain powers which only they can use. You should know this. She is suppose to be able to fast respond on duty on any national emergency. That is literally her JOB. This is why she is suppose to take vacation and name person who will take her role until the vacation is over. She cancelled her vacation and partied during her duty hours. I doubt you would approve cops getting wasted on duty do you? After all... guards can operate as well....

@mursu1286 They would have to stay stand by to certain extend. Same would apply if Russia would invade our allies. Chain of command is to be respected and country which chain of command has IQ less than my shoe size while acting like drunken fool, is a country doomed to be destroyed. This isn't just about army, it's about all the possible emergencies. Such as in year 1994 when boat sank. It was one of the national emergencies that demanded attention from our PM who reacted as fast as possible. Had he been like Marin then everyone on that boat would've died.

Prime minister in Finland is on duty 24/7. Only exception is during vacations, which she had cancelled. Basically she was acting highly irresponsible during extreme dangerous time period. Thus proving that she is not qualified to be a leader.

She was only chosen as replacement for previous PM and chosen by her party in attempt to change their image. They had become party of old grandmom's so they had to change their image to appeal to the youth. However she is irresponsible, such as partying while knowing she has covid. Partying while she is suppose to be on duty. Corruption related to her husband using her name to reap financial benefits. Honestly she is the most scandalous PM in finnish history and any other PM would've been forced to be resigned long time ago. Only reason she is given free pass is because she is a left wing woman.
