His "man brain" issue is pretty irrelevant on this subject. However it's true that men have different kind of brain, not to mention how hormones affect in our ways of thinking. However in my personal experience (not good argument ) I have seen women spending money for useless crap. And yes I have seen men doing that same thing, however I have seen far less men doing that than women. These kind of people see what they want as same as they need it. Even though they don't need it at all.
